so, the party that I was SUPER stressing about (ridiculously so) went off pretty much without a hitch. the dress was a surprising gametime decision (an oldie but GOODIE lbd from the Catherine Malandrino OUTLET STORE that cost something like $39. outlet stores are pretty much always a win.)
